How I use ChatGPT & Claude

I'm dyslexic and I have ADHD.... These tools (LLMs - Large Language Models) have changed my life! While I'm writing this out "by hand" -- for work I'm using these tools to: - Proof read my work - To help plot story arc's for my sequential emails - To come up with interesting subject lines & CTA - To customize (create smart content) based on Industry - To write blog posts from SEO briefs The most important "job" I have is providing oversight to EVERY email that our company sends (about 3-4 Million a year). Part of that job requires me to review their content for clarity, brevity, and focus -- more often than not I'm using the "Summarize" tool built into HubSpot's email creator tool. Someone goes on and on and on.... and I am able to quickly get to a shorten version that focuses directly on the heart of what they are trying to say! ___ Example: I put ALL of the prior text into the tool and asked it to Summarize! It wrote: Using these LLMs (Large Language Models) has transformed my life! They have greatly improved my work by helping me proofread, plot story arcs, come up with engaging subject lines and CTAs, customize content based on industry, and write blog posts. My most important role is overseeing every email our company sends, which amounts to about 3-4 million a year. To ensure clarity, brevity, and focus, I often rely on HubSpot's "Summarize" tool. It allows me to quickly condense lengthy content and get to the heart of the message. --- I also gave it the same text and asked for a witty re-write: Hey there, I've got a secret to share with you. As a dyslexic with ADHD, these game-changing tools called LLMs (Large Language Models) have completely transformed my life! Now, while I'm crafting this email the old-fashioned way, I rely on these incredible tools for my work. They help me proofread my writing, map out captivating story arcs for my sequential emails, come up with eye-catching subject lines and CTAs, create customized content tailored to specific industries, and even write blog posts based on SEO briefs. But let me tell you about the most important task at hand - overseeing every single email our company sends out. We're talking about a staggering 3-4 million emails per year! It's my responsibility to review the content, ensuring it's clear, concise, and focused. And guess what? The "Summarize" tool built into HubSpot's email creator has become my trusty sidekick. It helps me cut through all the unnecessary fluff and get straight to the heart of what our team is trying to convey! So, you see, these tools have truly revolutionized the way I work. And hey, if they can make my life easier, just imagine what they can do for you! Best regards, --- This post was migrated from connect.com and was originally published at an earlier date.

Oh, that's a great idea with Voice of Customer. We're testing some automation with Google Sheets, Make.com (or Zapier) and Claude and there's a lot of possibilities! --- This post was migrated from connect.com and was originally published at an earlier date.

It's unavailable in my area, but this AI tool sounds phenomenal! Does anyone have insight on how it stacks up to ChatGPT and what its main differentiator is? --- This post was migrated from connect.com and was originally published at an earlier date.

How I use ChatGPT & Claude

The "theory" is it can support about 100k tokens which equates to about 75k words 🙂 Think about all of the PDFs, transcripts, eBooks you could "ingest and digest" ! --- This post was migrated from connect.com and was originally published at an earlier date.

Hi Nurit, the main differentiator is the token limit (or amount of words you can upload) for Claude. https://synthedia.substack.com/p/anthropics-llm-claude-now-has-a-75k. --- This post was migrated from connect.com and was originally published at an earlier date.

Steve -- it's great to find another Claude fan! I agree -- Claude is amazing at Summary esp. from medical and science research... but equally well from research and briefings. For example using Claude we took slides from a sales enablement presentation and extracted some of the key "voice of customer" nuggets for input into our digital ad creation processes! --- This post was migrated from connect.com and was originally published at an earlier date.

Thanks for sharing this Harry. What a great example and use case. We've been using Claude a lot lately to help summarize or pull content from older long form corporate material. --- This post was migrated from connect.com and was originally published at an earlier date.
