If you could travel back five years and show just one piece of current AI output (a perfect DALL-E image, an accurate LLM response, etc.) to a past version of yourself, what would it be?

So 5 years ago, I would have been deep into running my photography business.  So going back and showing myself the capability of the photo editing software now would have blown my mind.  What used to take me hours and hours, now just takes a few minutes.
