hs_content.value comment from NPS survey is undefined

hi there, 

 

I am having an issue that I was hoping the community could help me with. 

 

When I send a webhook out after someone fills out an nps survey, the first time it gets sent, 

 

hs_content.value (which is the feedback comment) is undefined. If I re-enroll the same feedback again, it works fine, and hs_content.value is not undefined. Has anyone encountered this?
