From what I understand, you'd like to know if the response to the webhooks can be integrated back into the workflow to be used.
At the moment, the JSON response cannot be used in the workflow. You can find a discussion on this topic on this link. As it is explained in one of the comments, you are still able to get the response, and can use this in a subsequent API call if you wish, but it will not be possible to automate this in HubSpot.
I understand that it can be important for you to have access to such a feature. I would advise you to post an idea on our Ideas Forum. Our developers monitor this forum to decide on the next feature to be implemented!
