Workflow - Send slack notification for meeting time

Hi, 

I want to setup a workflow that sends a notification on slack when a meeting is about to start or maybe send in reminders 1 day and 3 days before the meeting. I haven't had any luck with this yet, help will be appreciated.

You can set up a workflow in HubSpot that sends a Slack notification for a meeting by integrating HubSpot and Slack through Zapier. Here's how you can do it:

1. Create a Zap in Zapier: Log into your Zapier account and create a new Zap.

2. Set up the trigger: For the trigger, select HubSpot as the app and choose "New Event in Calendar" as the trigger event.

3. Connect your HubSpot account: If you haven't already connected your HubSpot account to Zapier, you'll need to do that now.

4. Customize the trigger: In the trigger settings, select the calendar in HubSpot that contains your meetings and choose the date and time fields you want to use.

5. Set up the action: For the action, select Slack as the app and choose "Send Channel Message" as the action event.

6. Connect your Slack account: If you haven't already connected your Slack account to Zapier, you'll need to do that now.

7. Customize the action: In the action settings, select the Slack channel where you want to send the notification and customize the message that will be sent. You can use the fields from the trigger to add details about the meeting, such as the date and time, the name of the meeting, and the attendees.

8. Test the Zap: Once you've set up the trigger and action, test the Zap to make sure it's working as expected.

9. Repeat for the reminders: To send reminders 1 day and 3 days before the meeting, you'll need to create two more Zaps, each with a different trigger time. For example, you could set the first Zap to trigger 24 hours before the meeting and the second Zap to trigger 72 hours before the meeting.

This is a basic setup for sending Slack notifications for meetings in HubSpot. Depending on your specific needs, you may want to make further customizations to the Zap to add more details, format the message, or add other actions.

I am not sure, since there is no trigger as such in the wf FOR calender or in zaper for hubspot calendar or task
