Hi - I work on the development of data sync apps. We can't access the "parent company" field either... but we do have the ability to offer "child of" on the Individual Customer. Functionally may mean the same thing, but not always since you could functionally associate customers to each other using this relationship.
Would it prove helpful if we exposed "child of" so you could manually (Operations Hub Starter required) remap the association with the company?
Thansk for that inforamtion. After thinking about it I would like to give this a try. Would you mind exposing the 'child of' field so I can see how it works? We do have the operations hub starter package included in our subscription to HubSpot. Thanks for all your help with this.

I am trying to make NS order through WFs but it is causing error and the error message is " contact support" but I didnt get this resolved. Please help

Thanks for that suggestion. We are just doing a one-way sync of company names as we have them standardized differently than HubSpot so that won't work for our situation but I appreciate the idea. Hopefully access to the 'Parent Company' field will become available soon.
