Sandbox missing Ops Hub when we have it in Production
SOLVE
We've been testing an integration and decided it was best to start with a clean data set. I deleted our environment's Sandbox and immediately received a message that read "Because you downgraded to Operations Hub Free, custom mappings are no longer available. Reset your default mappings to turn your syncs back on."
Our account on Production still says Operations Hub Professional (and Marketing Hub Enterprise) and no one happened to change out account in anyway other than deleting the sandbox.
Has anyone experienced this? The new sandbox doesn't have access to Operations Hub features so we can't map custom properties, much less custom objects. We've basically stalled out on testing and "resyncing" the sandbox hasn't changed this.
I'd recommend discussing this directly with HubSpot support in-app, via chat or email, or with your account manager. They can review your subscription and check if anything is off.
