TexAu has some awesome spices and recipes to run. They bank on runtime as opposed to number of times run. Nice alternative to some of the other "stitch together" no code platforms.

Not sure if this is something along the lines of what you are looking for but I figured it's worth mentioning as it would help monitor sales performance.
I'm part of Aptitude 8's product team (A8Labs) and we are currently in beta for a SLA and Deal Velocity tool Called Timerman SLA. Timerman allows you to assign SLA policies to tickets and deals via workflows. It also tracks ticket/deal times in each stage down to the minute. The exciting part is that all this data is recorded so you can create reports in HubSpot.
For example, Timerman would allow you to track each deal's journey through a sales pipeline so you can analzye the average time deals are spending in each stage. You can even get more specific and create reports like this for each member of the sales team to track their performance. This is just one of the many reports you can make.
