We recently reinstalled the QBO Integration because it was failling to sync and our invoices were getting stuck between HS and QBO.
QBO recommend we reinstall, but now that we have done that, we are no longer able to see the "Generate Invoice" button on the right hand sidebar like we used to be able to.
Does anyone have any advice on how to get this back?
Hey @MRuxton3 and also @ABennett93 - we're also looking at how to streamline Hubspot/Quickbooks. Did you get any futher with your question? It looks to me like the official Knowledge Base article may be out of date. Am not seeing anything like the functionality described here (which says last updated Jun 2023): Use HubSpot's integration with QuickBooks Online) .
I am having the same issue, it is gone along with half of the QBO functionality. Below is what it used to look like (from an account where it still works)

Tried "enabling" but always get an error as its already connected, even if i delete the connection from QBO. Further i connected it to a different account when it was enabled and it still doesnt have the invoice functionality..
