Operations hub roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics

Hi,

I am working with operations hub to sync data between my customers CRM in microsoft dynamics and Operationshub. But I have relized that this integration have a lot of limitations and is not as flexible that we thought it would be. But it we are interested to see the roadmap for the integration. Is there a roadmap we can take part of?

We have a new Roadmap feature on the HubSpot What's New page that will update twice a year. It just went live last week with the first half of 2023 updates.

@JThyrestam can you please specify more what you're looking for?

the public roadmap sits at hubspot.com/new and has a dedicated section for Data Sync.  It details that we will e.g. improve field mappings and provide better sync insights. If that's your concern today: we probably have it covered in the short term (1st half 2022). 

As Jan indicated: we work on data sync features that roll out across all data sync apps. That being said, there's some specific features we're keen to add to the Dynamics app separately.

Also note that even as we add more features, we are very aware of the fact that we'll never solve 100% of a company's integration needs.

We have ambitious goals, but the way we're offering data sync today - as a self service / self purchase product at a cost of 0 to 50 usd / month - it's not going to become that single integration solution to make an advanced marketing platform like HubSpot talk seamlessly with an advanced CRM like Dynamics. 

What we aspire to do though is make sure the fundamental data sync gets established and if you need some advanced functiionality on top of that, that's where some (optionally custom coded) workflows can step in to perform the final touches. There's some white glove services  by solutions partners on the app marketplace

that will be able to set up a deeper sync between Dynamics & HubSpot if data sync proves to be insufficient.

Thanks for reaching out! The data sync team is working hard on expanding the functionality of their data sync engine. Whenever a new update is made, it is rolled out to all of the supported apps. That's why development takes a bit longer.

Still, since Data Sync launched this year, they've added support for Company & Deal objects, tripled the number of supported apps, and as of January, they will roll out a more transparent dashboard for diagnostics and performance. So, rest assured, there's lot's more to come 😄 

@FransLeys would you be able to point them to the right ideas forum posts or a public roadmap if there is any?

At this time there is not a BETA roadmap at the moment to join for the Mircosoft Dynamics and Operations Hub. If there were to be any significant changes your best resource would be to view the integration page on the Marketplace.
