Netsuite Custom Segment

Hi

We have set up the native connection between Netsuite and HubSpot in order to send closed won deals to Netsuite as sales orders. We have this working however we would like to map custom fields in HubSpot from the deal record to a Netsuite custom segment. We have been succesfull in mapping a custom field in HS to a custom transaction body field in NS but not a custom segment , they simply dont show up on the list of avaliable fields. Has anyone successfully managed this and if so how ?

Hi there!

I don't believe this is possible to do with the native integration but it is possible with a custom integration. We've recently built a custom integration between NetSuite and HubSpot that allows you to do this, as well as customise a host of other possibilities.

Hello , We were unable to get Hs to map to the custom segments, our solution was to create text fields in HS and map them to text fields in NS. In NS we have then created workflows to move the text to the desired custom segment.

Sorry, havn't worked on Custom Segments or Deal Sync....
