I'd like to have your feedback about Hubspot's best practices. I use Hubspot forms on my website (contact, download different types of contents...) and I currently have more than 100 forms in my CRM. Each form drives toward a different content.
It's getting hard to manage this amount of forms, so I would love to get your recommandations/best practices. Should I create one single form with hidden properties and dynamics values ?
If your forms are similar or the same, this would allow you to capture the same information but input what you need from a reporting/use case perspective on the hidden properties while not requiring you to create a unique form every time
I'm not sure of your specific use case, but with the new form builder you can use true conditional logic
This is different than dependent fields as it's much more customizable
In some scenarios, we've seen people use multiple forms, they could have gotten around it with better conditional logic -- again, I'm not sure if this is relevant for your use case, but wanted to make note
Based on your explanation, I think a short answer to your question is to use the query strings on the URL.
