Manage forms in Hubspot

SOLVE

Hello !

I'd like to have your feedback about Hubspot's best practices.
I use Hubspot forms on my website (contact, download different types of contents...) and I currently have more than 100 forms in my CRM. Each form drives toward a different content.

It's getting hard to manage this amount of forms, so I would love to get your recommandations/best practices.
Should I create one single form with hidden properties and dynamics values ?

Thanks for your help!

Manage forms in Hubspot

SOLVE

Hi @CGabaston,

Managing that many forms can be challenging for sure. A couple of thoughts:

  • Hidden properties populating values from query strings is a good option
    • If your forms are similar or the same, this would allow you to capture the same information but input what you need from a reporting/use case perspective on the hidden properties while not requiring you to create a unique form every time
  • I'm not sure of your specific use case, but with the new form builder you can use true conditional logic
    • This is different than dependent fields as it's much more customizable
    • In some scenarios, we've seen people use multiple forms, they could have gotten around it with better conditional logic -- again, I'm not sure if this is relevant for your use case, but wanted to make note

Based on your explanation, I think a short answer to your question is to use the query strings on the URL.
