Interactive ERD Tool

Hey all.

I am looking for a tool that will plot all of my objects and properties into an ERD format which can be edited in real-time to build out my HubSpot portal. I understand that there used to be a "data model overview" which seems to be similar to what I'm looking for. I've found a third party app called "Schema Grid" but it seems to be low quality and also is unable to connect to HubSpot as of now.

Hey @BrendonTW hope you are doing well.

You can still find the Data Model in Hubspot

in Reporting> Data Management > Data Model

and It will look like this

Of course this will reflect how the objects are currently working in the CRM

but you can use other tools to manually map how it show be (previous to adjusting it in HubSPot)

For mapping the objects you can use 3d party tools like Lucidchaart, Miro, Mindmap... Schema Grid exists in the HubSpot App marketplace and can be connected to HubSpot easily to display all the Objects information with the help of schemas if a standard HubSpot Data Model is not enough for you.

We generally build our ERDs in Miro (which is manual - but helps us learn the data model intimately), and I think it's not a great idea to map every single property on every single object.

What is the use case here? Documentation?

There is a HubSpot Data Model Tool as well, would be a good idea to explore that 👇🏻
