So I'm wondering if anyone else has tried to achieve this.
Essentially what I'd like is to be able to automate the syncing of tickets to/from a Contact (that is linked to the deal) with the Zendesk topic "onboarding" to the Deal. Similarly I'd like any calls made to from Zendesk to the contacts number with the topic "onboarding' to be logged in the deal.
Reason being our Sales Team/AM team want to be able to get insights into how Onboarding is going for their customers without coming to the Ops team.
I know there are Hubspot/Zendesk syncs but these seem to be more contact specific?

I understand your goal is to sync calls with the topic 'onboarding' from Zendesk > Contact > Deal. Are these calls synced over as Tickets or are they activities?
