HubSpot ConnectWise Integration Pipeline Stage Mapping

SOLVE

I'm in the process of syncing ConnectWise to HubSpot using the native integration. The sync for Companies and Contacts is working but the Deals sync is not. The problem is when mapping the Pipeline Stages, no stages are available from ConnectWise. In other posts many of the issues have been around the security modules within ConnectWise and I am curious if there are additonal items that need to be selected. 

 

Any ideas how to get the stages to show within the sync?

Thank you for your response, Bérangère! Yes, that is the integration we are using.

 

We have solved this using a similar method as described in a previous post that had a video showing how to manage the security within ConnectWise. In the video, the instructions are to add specific table in the Security --> Table Setup. We also added all the opportunity tables and allowed all the read/write/delete settings. That seemed to be the resolution.

First, just to clarify, you are using this integration "ConnectWise PSA", is that right please?
