Google Contacts integration not working

Hi there,

I recently added the Google Contact integration to sync the contacts but it looks like it's not working. I added few hours ago a lot of contacts on Google but I still can't see them on Hubspot.

Hi @fborgosano,

Like @natsumimori said, the default sync direction for the Google Contacts integration is one-way (HubSpot > Google Contacts). So, if you haven't changed the sync direction, then it indeed makes sense for your Google contacts to not be added to HubSpot.

Feel free to take a screenshot of your sync settings and post them here. I'm happy to troubleshoot 🙂

I'd first recommend to check your sync setting such as configurations- Is it set up to 2way sync or 1way to HubSpot? If you added fiters, are there contacts that fulfill the criteria?

Would you mind checking those?
