Google Contacts integration not displaying

Hi,
* We have 2 Super Admin (SA ACC) accounts,

* 1st SA ACC installed and set up Google Contacts by Hubspot,
* 2nd SA ACC can not see, view, edit the api as is does not display as a connected app? 

 

How do i resolve this please?

Thank you for asking the Community and thanks @Jaycee_Lewis to move this forward for more visibility regarding data sync!

It seems that  you'd like to use this "Google Contacts" integration. I'd like to ask clarifying questions to make sure to help you the best we can.

1. When you mention that you have 2 super admin accounts. do you have 2 different Hub IDs? Or 2 different users that are super admins?
2. Have you installed the integration   and you don't see it in your account? Or have you installed the integration but it is not syncing?
3. Who installed the integration? Is it a super admin? Another user? If it's not a super admin, you'll want to check that the user has the right permissions to do so.
4. Do you have sync errors? If yes, which ones?

The more info, screenshots (without sensitive/confidential information), and details you can provide, the better the Community can assist.

I'd like to share this article that might be of interest "Connect HubSpot and Google Contacts".
Also, if the integration is not appearing in your settings, can a super admin please try to install it again from an incognito window and see if this helps?

Sorry for the late reply and thanks for the additional information!

So you have installed the Google contacts integration but you cannot see the integration in your settings.

Did a super admin try to install it again from an incognito window, please?

* 2 different Super Admin users inside one HUBSPOT Acc

2. Have you installed the integration   and you don't see it in your account? Or have you installed the integration but it is not syncing?


* The other Super Admin (the Boss) installed, when I was added to Hubspot and reviewed all intergrations I noticed the Google Contact app not displaying on my acc.. 
I am in charge of how data syncs between platforms.

3. Who installed the integration? Is it a super admin? Another user? If it's not a super admin, you'll want to check that the user has the right permissions to do so.

* The other Super Admin (the Boss) installed and set up the integration.


4. Do you have sync errors? If yes, which ones?

* No sync errors that I am aware of.
