Freshdesk <> Hubspot Sync - How to handle name?

The freshdesk to hubspot sync tool...  I don't quite understand how Name is handled.

Freshdesk looks for NAME.  Hubspot has First Name and Last Name.

Based on the screenshot - how is this going to work?  If I have the name Joe Cool:

 - if I sync from Freshdesk to Hubspot - what will be in Hub's first and last name fields?

 - if I sync from Hubspot to FD - what will be in FD's name field?
