Is there a way to send an email with a copy of a list to contact owners without them having to enter HubSpot to view the list?
We have contacts automatically added to our large 'Bounce List' whenever they bounce. I would like to send a once-a-week email to our sales individuals with a list of all contacts that were added to the list that week without linking them back to HubSpot as we use Dynamics CRM. Any help would be appreciated.
Exports can unfortunately currently not be scheduled. It's something that would have to be done manually on a recurring basis then.
Alternatively, you could consider using a tool like Zapier to populate an Excel file or Google Sheet from a contact-based list in HubSpot. The link to that file could be sent in the description of a weekly recurring report email / along with it.

I'd suggest using Superjoin as the Google Sheets connector, it's got a scheduled import feature that requires a very easy setup after which it automatically keeps pulling data from HubSpot to Google Sheets in your desired frequency - daily,weekly,bi-weekly, etc.
You can automate your workflow by pushing the "Bounce List" to Google Sheets weekly using Superjoin and send the list as weekly emails to your sales team using an emailing tool.
@GWalsh Could you use the Google Sheets connector in workflows to push bounced contacts to a sheet, then use a tool like this one to trigger a weekly email?
Hi @karstenkoehler - one issue with the above is you cannot schedule the export of the report, which is what we need. Our sales users are not trained in HS because our main system for them is dynamics. Any suggestions?

First, you would navigate to Menu > Reports > Reports > Create report > Single object > Contacts to create a simple report. I'd recommend going for a table visualization of contacts, for example the First name, Last name and Last marketing email send date (sorting the table by this date).
You can then follow the instructions linked above for setting up recurring emails for this report.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions, happy to elaborate!
