Dynamics 365 CRM sync for contact doesn't work

Hello everyone,

we're new in hubspot and tried to synchronize our contacts into hubspot. Sadly nothing happens..

We created a new boolean field "HubSpot-Synchronisation" in d365 and set it to true for the contacts we want to synchronized. In Hubspot i set the config to this:

As is said, nothing happens.

The synchronization in general work, beacause if i choose the d365 filter "all contacts" it works fine.

What i'm doing wrong?
