Connecting a website that pulls data from Service tickets.

Our business would like to develop a customer facing portal in WordPress (or otherwise) that sits on top of hubspot data (tickets) real time - is this doable?  I am currently on Service Hub Professional.

HI @KNguyen0

While this totally doable, and you could build it yourself using the HubSpot API, you may not need to: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/inbox/set-up-a-customer-portal

Several third party solutions also exist.

Now, if you require a custom solution that differs from these, the API is the way.

Hope this helps?

@KNguyen0 @LawrenceOShea Hi,

If you are looking for a customer portal, then a portal from Hubspot is a good solution.
However, an alternative is a ready-to-use client portal from CliPlace. Integrates with HubSpot (of all plans).
The client can open, manage, comment on tickets, etc. The basic features of the CliPlace portal are available, and it's free.

Take a look here

Thanks.

Hi Phil!

Please could you point me in the direction of the third-party plugins you reference? I'm looking particularly for a wordpress plugin if one exists - but my searches have been less than fruitfull! 🙂

Thanks
Lawrence
