AirTable Integration for Ticket or Deal Properties
Hi!
We are trying to track some informaiton around our ticketing and deal properties. We are looking at using a more robust project management tool and are exploring Asan and AirTable. It looks like right now, there is only an integration with the contact properties in HubSpot and AirTable.
Is there anyway to get these data points from AirTable to HubSpot using custom integrations in the Operations Hub? If not, are there any integrations with apps that would allow for ticket or deal properties to have a two way integration with HubSpot?
Makes sense, just wanted to confirm. We are considering a third party app to do this integration, but would be open to the custom automations. I'll check that chapter out. Do you have any partners that might be able to help with the coding portion? We are a talented bunch, just not in the space of APIs/ Java.
AirTable Integration for Ticket or Deal Properties
That's a good question! You can find the entire list of partners that can help you with Programmable Automation here.
In the community specifically, we've partnered with Aptitude 8, for some events around Custom Code. Just yesterday we held a Workshop on Coded Automation in HubSpot with their CEO. Could be interesting if you want to get a better understanding of how that works or if you just want to get inspired 🙂
You're correct in saying that the Data Sync integration for Airtable only supports contact properties at this moment. The team is looking to support other objects, like deals and also tickets later on, but we can't really say when that might be. So I'm afraid, Operations Hub will currently not fill your needs.
As for whether there are other integrations in the market that might meet your requirements, I would imagine there are. I did some quick research and found the following: Blendr.io, Unito, but I can't really say whether they can do exactly what you need.
Alternatively, if you (or someone at your business) are familiar with JavaScript and APIs, you might still be able to use Operations Hub's Custom Code Workflow Actions to create the workflows you need yourself. In this case, I would highly recommend you take a look at the Operations Hub Playbook. In the second chapter, they discuss how you can leverage their programmable automation for integrating third-party apps.
