We have just started with Operations Hub and I'm setting up some automation that cleans up our data. I have alot of names that are in All Caps. Just using the option to "capitalize" under the automation format data doesn't work. The only way I found to solve this was to first do an activity to change the name to all lower case. Then I have to add a second command to do the capitalization. While it worked in the end, it seems a whole lot easier to just have "proper case" be used. Could solve other issues as well for names like De Joes.
If there is an easier way to do this please advise
