Account access issue

SOLVE

I have a deactivated account and as I am trying to log-in it's not letting me in. I got my phone stolen so scanning the QR Code right now is not the option. What other ways do I have to access my account and reactivate it?

Hey @GWeidler! There is a form linked in this Knowledge Base article to open a ticket with HubSpot Support and recover your account. Be advised that you will likely need to provide proof of domain ownership to verify your account if you do not have access to your original authentication method.
