A way to complete deal properties based on company properties?
SOLVE
Hello!
Essentially currently certain information our Ops team need to onboard deals (e.g. specific systems the company uses) are stored on a Company.
I'd really like the information to also be available within a deal so the Ops team don't have to go to multiple places to get all the data they need to onboard.
What I'd like to set up is a workflow that says if X property is completed at a Company level, complete Y property on all related deals with the same information.

@BLaverack9 could you share a screenshot of your workflow?
Generally, this can be solved by adding the criterion "AND Number of associated deals is known" to the enrollment criteria and enabling re-enrollment for it.

This can be done with a company based workflow . You would enroll companies when "[source property] is known" (make sure to enable reenrollment for this). You would then use the 'Copy property value' workflow action to copy the value from the company to all associated deals. Simple as that.
Let me know if you have any followup questions!

Thanks Karsten! I've set this workflow up, however I seem to have an issue where if a new deal is created for a Company that already has the properties completed the workflow doesn't trigger.
