Marwa Greaves is the director of Marketing here at HubSpot for the global messaging team. She's been at HubSpot since 2016 and has always been working on HubSpot Marketing Automation. The blueprint Marwa talks about revolves around demand generation, specifically how to drive qualified demand to sales with conversational marketing.

About Ari

Ari Echt-Wilson has been at HubSpot as of 2017. She started as a Customer Support specialist and is currently manager of the conversational and retail marketing team. Ari Echt-Wilson steps in on behalf of Jean Baptiste to talk about the customer support automation blueprint and how to answer your customer's frequently asked questions with conversational marketing.
