track the average follow up rate

Hey RevOps folks!!!!
A question for you: how do you track the average follow up rate?
We want to track how long it takes for AEs to follow up with prospects in every deal stage, and how many touches they do.
In this case as follow up we want to consider emails sent, calls, LinkedIn messages and meetings.
Thank you so much in advance

Hi @CDiVincenzo,

Do you have access to Sales Analytics in the Sales tab? That could provide you with the information you are looking for, look for the reports : Completed Activities, Prospecting activities and Lead Response time should be able to give you a good overview.

The only thing is it will not show is in what deal stage they are but just give an average response time.

Hope this helps,

Best,

Artyom

Hey @CDiVincenzo, thank you for posting in our Community!

Have you tried in Reporting > Reports, and creating a new report, you'll find a report showing Average Response Time for tickets as well. That one shows the total average and can't be broken up by the user. That could be a good way to start.

Let's invite our top experts @Jnix284@franksteiner79@jolle any recommendations for @CDiVincenzo matter?

Thank you,

Pam
