track only one active deal?

Hi all, we are using one deal to track our billing and validate revenue. the issue is when we are doing a upsell the old deal becomes obsolete. I, therefore, have a property on the deal called "Deal superceeded" meaning that this deal is not the active deal anymore. But how do I automate this so that whenever a new deal is Closed Won all other deals on the company are set to supersede?

Hi @JStenbaek 

Yes we can mark deals as suspended unless it is closed won. We can achieve this through automation by creating a workflow please refer to the screenshot below:
After setting the Trigger we will check the deal stage is none of Closed won, Then set the property to Suspended
