number of contacts contacted through Call /Email sent

Dear Hubspot Community,

 

I hope you can help me!
I am working on sales activities overview, to show when our AEs have not reached out yet the prospect before the meeting.
Unfortunately my report is not showing the right number of contacts/activity, if I filter ACtivity Type is any of Call, Email Sent or LinkedIn Message, the contacts reached out seem to be 0. But when I check it is not the case, because some contacts have email sent in the activity.
So I am wondering how comes they are not showing up in the count.
Does anyone know?

@CDiVincenzo it does. Your report however is filtering for activities that both have a meeting start date and are at the same time calls/emails/LinkedIn. Those activities do not exist.

 

HubSpot unfortunately does not have any filters that would allow you to check whether a certain activity of a type (call) happened before another activity (meeting). This is, as far as I know, not possible.

 

You can build a list of MQLs who had a meeting last month and you can build a list of contacts who had a call/email/LinkedIn message last month - and then check which contacts are not on both lists. However, this doesn't guarantee that one happened before the other.

In particular I want to check if they are contacting the contacts which have scheduled a meeting for this month as MQL.

@CDiVincenzo do you want to report on contacts who were a MQL in that month or who still are? Currently, you're filtering for contacts who still are. (To filter for contacts who were a MQL in that month, use the "Date entered" property for MQL instead.)

 

Additionally, filter 2 and 4 are conflicting, calls, LinkedIn messages and Email sent to contact do not have a meeting start date. You would have to change the activity type filter to "Meeting" or adjust the filters to reflect an OR logic, not AND.

Thank you Karsten!! 
My goal here is to check if our SLA is followed, that means before a MQL meeting the prospect should be reached out through a call + a linkedin message + an email.
That's why I am filtering for current MQLs and that's why I have calls, emails sent, LinkedIn messages filtered. 
Does it make sense? 🙂
