I've seen many similar posts on this but none address the re-enrollment part of the workflow.
We want to nudge Deal Owners on deals that have had no contact and no scheduled activity. We want them to be notified once a week if the deal still meets the criteria, re-enrollement is turned on, will this keep adding the deals after they already completed the workflow?
That depends on your re-enrollment settings. Can you please share which re-enrollment settings you specified? (Click into enrollment box, switch tab in left sidebar to re-enrollment, share screenshot.)
Keep the following things in mind:
If "Last contacted is unknown", I would also consider that stale – it's however not considered in the current enrollment criteria.
A dumb but easy way to design this workflow is to simply repeat action 1 and 2 for another 10 or 20 times, then set up unenrollment criteria so that a deal leaves the moment there is some activity.
