@LFenton20 has that person previously submitted a form on your website and accepted your cookies? That would be a pre-requisite for the workflow to identify the contact.

@karstenkoehler Yes this person has accepted cookies and we can see they viewed the demo booking page on their contact record but they still don't pull into the workflow
@karstenkoehler I believe I did, I built this a few weeks ago and realised today it's not working for re-enrollment.
I can create a new workflow if it's easier to enroll contacts going forward but I want to make sure a contact can be re-enrolled multiple times each time they visit the booking page
@LFenton20 the new event triggers are a bit moody when it comes to that, at least that's what I've experienced. If your test contact had already viewed the page and you're excluding him when turning the workflow on, meeting the criteria after will apparently still exclude them.

@karstenkoehler I created a new workflow using one of the template workflows where you can send an email based on a page visited (obviously we removed the email part and added the increase property action). This seems to be working now when we tested it.
