Workflow re-enrollment when visiting a web page

SOLVE

I am creating a workflow that needs people to enroll everytime they visit a specific page on our website.

So if they visit the page today they will enroll and they visit the same page again tomorrow they will enroll again

Is this possible? I'm currently using an event trigger where they visited the page but I don't see anyone being enrolled after visiting the page.

Hi @LFenton20,

Yes, one of these two would do the trick:

Workflow re-enrollment when visiting a web page

SOLVE

Thanks @karstenkoehler but I'm only looking for them to enroll when they visit a page with a specific URL.

This is what I have below but I've asked someone to visit the demo page and they did not re-enroll

@LFenton20 has that person previously submitted a form on your website and accepted your cookies? That would be a pre-requisite for the workflow to identify the contact.

@karstenkoehler Yes this person has accepted cookies and we can see they viewed the demo booking page on their contact record but they still don't pull into the workflow

@LFenton20 when enabling the workflow, did you choose to enroll contacts who met the criteria already?

Workflow re-enrollment when visiting a web page

SOLVE

@karstenkoehler I believe I did, I built this a few weeks ago and realised today it's not working for re-enrollment.

I can create a new workflow if it's easier to enroll contacts going forward but I want to make sure a contact can be re-enrolled multiple times each time they visit the booking page

@LFenton20 the new event triggers are a bit moody when it comes to that, at least that's what I've experienced. If your test contact had already viewed the page and you're excluding him when turning the workflow on, meeting the criteria after will apparently still exclude them.

Workflow re-enrollment when visiting a web page

SOLVE

@karstenkoehler I created a new workflow using one of the template workflows where you can send an email based on a page visited (obviously we removed the email part and added the increase property action). This seems to be working now when we tested it.
