Welcome to the OpsLife community! Introduce yourself here 💬
OpsLife is HubSpot's newest community for Operations professionals. Whether you're in Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, Customer Success Ops, RevOps, or another type of Ops role -- we're here to provide a home for the content, education, and resources you need. And if we're going to be living here, we should get to know each other!
If you're here in this community, introduceyourself in this thread to meet and start a conversation with other Ops professionals.
Feel free to mention what tools, processes, or responsibilities you are focused on. Starting to share these details can help you connect with someone who might be in the same type of role or company.
Happy networking,
Maggie

Hey everyone, I’m Ruben. I’ve spent the last few years elbow-deep in RevOps plumbing—mostly trying to stop Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, and a bunch of databases from arguing with each other.
Got tired of writing the same brittle scripts over and over, so I put together Stacksync (YC W24). Think of it as a no-drama way to keep data flowing both directions without 40 hours of “why is this field null?” debugging.
Day to day I bounce between:
• untangling attribution errors when sales and marketing run in different CRMs • helping ops teams future-proof workflows so one new custom field doesn’t break everything • arguing (politely) that engineering time is better spent on product, not API pagination loops
If you’re wrestling with any of that—or you just want to swap stories about integrations gone wrong—shoot me a note.
Always happy to share lessons learned, and I’m here to learn from everyone else too

Hi everyone! 👋 So nice to e-meet you all!
I'm Carolina De Mares, a HubSpot enthusiast and overall tech lover. My journey with CRMs started about six years ago at my first job — I thought it was pretty cool at the time, but what really hooked me was learning how marketing campaigns were structured and how automation tools could bring them to life. I’ve been fascinated ever since!
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with companies that use HubSpot as their main CRM, which is how I dove into the HubSpot ecosystem. I genuinely believe it's the best CRM out there.
Today, I work as a HubSpot consultant at a newly launched HubSpot provider company (BridgeSpot) that I'm helping grow, and I also collaborate with a Netherlands-based agency called Brandgang. I’m here to connect, share, and learn from fellow HubSpot pros — and I’m excited to be part of this community!

Hello from Finland,
Been working as a Hubspot admin more or less for about 8 years. Recently joined a startup/scale up company as a Revenue Operations Manager after a short stint as a Salesforce Consultant. Happy to find Hubspot as part of the tech stack we have and looking forward to start making better use of it for our business.

Hey Everyone!
I'm a RevOps Strategist with a solutions partner (RevPartners) and I love creating content for the community. I've got a long running podcast, the SprocketPod, where I interview HubSpot users and community members each week.
I've also recently started a competition for HubSpot Admin called The Admin Arena where my aim is to test RevOps skills in HubSpot through "survivor" like challenges.

Hi everyone!
I'm Fae, the new Product Manager for Global Data Privacy, and I'm here to help make compliance with local data privacy laws as smooth and efficient as possible for you.
I’m eager to chat with RevOps specialists to understand what matters most to you, your experiences with HubSpot’s Privacy & Consent Settings, and any challenges you face with data privacy overall. Your insights are invaluable and will help shape what features we build next.

Hey Fae, welcome to the OpsLife community! 🎉 It’s great to have you here, especially with such a crucial focus on data privacy. As businesses continue to expand globally, ensuring compliance with various data privacy regulations is becoming more complex, so having someone dedicated to making that process smoother is definitely a huge plus. I’m particularly interested in learning more about how you and your team plan to enhance HubSpot’s Privacy & Consent Settings. Many RevOps professionals often struggle with balancing compliance while maintaining a seamless user experience, so it’ll be exciting to see what improvements might be on the horizon. Looking forward to engaging in discussions, sharing insights, and seeing how we can all work together to improve data privacy practices. Wishing you all the best in your new role, and I hope you find the community to be a valuable space for collaboration and innovation!

That challenge of enhancing the privacy settings without introducing any friction for the customer is definitely the tightrope my team treads!
We understand that the more time you spend digging around the data privacy featurses, the less time you're doing the parts of the job you love, so we're keen to see how far we can safely automate your procedures for you. We're excited to deliver some big improvements in this area in 2025!

Hi Everyone 👋
I am glad to be part of this community!
I’m a HubSpot solution partner and have over 8 years of experience working in SaaS Revenue Operations. As a natural leader, I find fulfillment in empowering others and fostering success around me.
I run DMFlows, a hybrid Marketing & RevOps agency that primarily serves SaaS clients mostly in the PropTech and Real Estate technology sectors (including sustainable energy solutions, property management platforms, and tech providers for real estate businesses). We offer comprehensive Revenue Operations services, acting as an outsourced sales and marketing department or enhancing the capabilities of in-house teams to deliver results and peace of mind.
I’m passionate about tech, especially within the marketing and AI spaces. I enjoy designing automations, workflows, and bots that optimize processes and save time.
My personal Mantra is “Work on what matters and automate the boring sh**t”
