Hello Everybody!

My name is Yoel Ben-Avraham and I've been introducing startups & ready-to-scale businesses to HubSpot for at least 10 years!  I currently manage a team of wannabe HubSpot professionals (I call them "Interns") who assist me, under my supervision, in supporting clients in 12 different time zones. I call the group "Growth Driven Solutions.

I started my IT career out as a Cobol programmer (a long time ago! 👴 ) and eventually trained as a Systems Analyst. Since then (mid 80's) I've brought the holistic approach of Systems Analysis to almost every project I've been responsible for. The current "revelation" in the industry called "Revenue Operations" is, in my opinion, simply the reincarnation of classic System Analysis tools, with a clearer operational objective and set of operational criteria.

I'm Ali, a Revenue Operations Manager at Maqsam, a cloud based cusotmer service telphony software. Previously, for the past 2 years, I was Sales Ops at Maqsam as well, and now expanded to be part of the whole revenue team operations (marketing, sales, cs). 

I was the one leading the migration of the sales team's previous CRM to HubSpot, and I have to tell you one thing, I love HubSpot more than HubSpot's employees. 😅

Hey everyone, I’m Ruben.
I’ve spent the last few years elbow-deep in RevOps plumbing—mostly trying to stop Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, and a bunch of databases from arguing with each other.

Got tired of writing the same brittle scripts over and over, so I put together Stacksync (YC W24).
Think of it as a no-drama way to keep data flowing both directions without 40 hours of “why is this field null?” debugging.

Day to day I bounce between:

• untangling attribution errors when sales and marketing run in different CRMs
• helping ops teams future-proof workflows so one new custom field doesn’t break everything
• arguing (politely) that engineering time is better spent on product, not API pagination loops


If you’re wrestling with any of that—or you just want to swap stories about integrations gone wrong—shoot me a note.
