Using HubSpot's Default Deal Push Rate in a Custom Report

Hello, HubSpot Community!

We are trying to use the default Deal Push Rate that HubSpot provides in Reporting → Analytics Suite → Sales → Deals → Deal Push Rate and integrate this percentage into a custom report.

Our Goal:

We want to cross-reference the % Deal Push Rate with our custom Deal Value Based on Probability report.

Current Setup:

  • X-Axis: Close Rate - Monthly
  • Primary Y-Axis: Sum of Deal Closing Value Based on Probability (weighted by stage)
  • Breakdown: By Deal Stage

Challenges:

  • When trying to add Deal Push Rate to this custom report, we can't find it in the data sources.
  • Is there a way to pull this metric into our report?
  • Would we need to create a custom calculated property to replicate it? Or is there a direct way to reference the default HubSpot metric?

Any guidance or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance for your help!

Using HubSpot's Default Deal Push Rate in a Custom Report

Hey @JJ08, thank you for posting in our Community!

HubSpot’s default Deal Push Rate isn’t directly available in custom reports since it’s a system-calculated metric within the Analytics Suite.

To include it, you may need to create a custom-calculated property that tracks deals pushed to future close dates relative to total deals set to close in a period.

Alternatively, you can export the data or use HubSpot’s API to merge it externally.

If you need help setting this up, let me know!

Pam

Hi Pam,
Thank you for your reply. Do you have a formula template or anything similar that can help us get started or that we can benchmark?
