Use Hubspot form to create Salesforce Opps without creating Hubspot contact
SOLVE
Hi there, can someone help?
I need to create a form in Hubspot (very simple, just a couple of fields) that goes on to create an Opportunity in Salesforce.
Is this possible without the form creating a Contact in Hubspot (and with only using Hubspot & Salesforce, not an intermediary tool eg. Zapier via webhook).
The issue is we don't have their email / contact details until the Opportunity is 'Closed Won' in Salesforce.
I guess you could build a form that uses ticket properties and allow the HubSpot system to create a temporary ticket without an email address and then create a workflow that creates a deal from that ticket. If your deals are synced to opportunities in SFDC, it should send the deal information you need over. You would want to have all properties created on both object types so that you could pass the values from the ticket to the deal before sending to Salesforce.
It's not amazing, but it would work (I think).
