The UTM Source is a dropdown with predefined channels in HubSpot's Tracking URL Builder. When selecting Social or Paid Social from the Source field, I see that the list has been updated compared to two months ago: 3 added (TikTok, WeChat, and Weibo) and 18 removed, among which WhatsApp.

So, the sad thing is that we cannot make UTM tracking URLs for WhatsApp campaigns from scratch via the Hubspot UTM builder anymore.
I would like to better understand HubSpot’s motive and frequency for implementing such updates.
