Tracking Discovery Completed per month - deal not showing once its moved to Closed Lost
SOLVE
Does anyone know how I can fix my report to ensure that it's showing all deals in Discovery Completed per month even if it moves to another stage in that same month or moves to Closed Lost. I am trying to track each sales rep's activity and goals for total Discovery Completed in that month regardless if it has additional movement in that same month.
For example, Lays had a discovery completed for American Tire Distributors on January 22 and then it moved to Closed Lost a few days later. It's not showing in my report for some reason and I can't figure out why because the activity log is showing the appropriate details.
How do I "Show all deals that have been in Discovery Completed at any time within the date range of the current month"

To track all deals that have been in the "Discovery Completed" stage within the current month, even if they move to another stage like "Closed Lost," you need to adjust your report filters.
Instead of filtering by the deal’s current stage, you can use the "Deal Stage History" property or create a custom report using "Stage Changes" to capture when deals entered the "Discovery Completed" stage.
You can also set up a filter for the deal's "Create Date" or "Stage Entered Date" to make sure any deals that were in the "Discovery Completed" stage during the month are included, even if they've moved since.
This should help ensure that deals like the American Tire Distributors one are included in your report, regardless of their current stage.
