Hi!
I'm trying to set up a new rule for one of our PAID campaigns. Generally, the leads coming from PAID campaigns (synced to our system) go to one of our SDR's. How do I sync another SDR as we have a new campaign in LATAM and we want those leads to go to our spanish speaking SDR.
Hope I explained myself.
Thanks

Hi @MarianaBravo,
You should see the workflow which takes care of the assignment in the activity timeline on the contact record (of those contacts who have been assigned already).
(You can filter the timeline by workflows.)
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!

Hi @MarianaBravo,
For paid campaigns, the campaign name should be stored in the contact property "Original source drill-down 2" or "Latest source drill-down 2", see here. As long as the campaign name for LATAM is different from the regular campaign, you can create a contact list filtering for
Original source drill-down 2 is [LATAM campaign] OR
Latest source drill-down 2 is [LATAM campaign]
Once you have this list, you can either use that to manually assign these contacts to the Spanish speaking SDR or to use it (or the same criteria) in a workflow which takes care of the assignment. It sounds like you have an assignment workflow already. In this workflow, you could use an if/then branch to check whether enrolled contacts came through the LATAM campaign or not – and assign to the correct SDRs.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!
