Hi everyone, Some of my colleages have the following problems with our Hubspot email inbox. Not all colleages hve those problems.
- Not connecting to the internet (while all other tabs are connected) - Can't send emails due to the internet problem, send button is not available - After opening a message, all other messages in the right bar become unreadable
Does anyone know how to fix those problems, or what those problems could be about? Let me know if anyone has any tips! Thanks in advance!
This sounds like it might be more of an issue with your local network or machines vs. HubSpot issues. There aren't any outages and it's working for some users. Before contacting your local network admin it would be worth clearing cache, logging out, and logging back in. That does sometimes fix weird issues like this.
