Pipedrive Deal Sync Errors: "This record didn't sync because of a HubSpot error." with no info

I have successfully connected the Pipedrive integration, and it is syncing deals.

 

However, there are many deals that will not sync with the following error: "This record didn't sync because of a HubSpot error."

 

There is no more specificity to describe what the actual error is. Therefore, I'm blindly trying different things to resolve with no luck.

 

Questions:

1. Are there sync logs with actual errors somewhere?

2. Is there a way to get more specificity in the errors?

3. Are there mandatory properties (by default) that must be present in a Pipedrive Deal Record in order to successfully sync to HS?

Hello @JakeL and thanks @BérangèreL for the tag. 

Just a quick note that without full access to both PD and HS we would not be able to troubleshoot this one. I think the advice you gave of raising a tech support ticket might be the best option here to see if they can provide some additional details on what may be causing the error.

Thank you for the response. I've opened a ticket with support as well.

 

1. I do have access to what appears to be a "Sync Health" screen within the Pipedrive Integration settings. The article you linked says, "The reason why the sync failed will be displayed in the tooltip." As you can see below, the tooltip in these instances does not explain the reason.

2. I can confirm that all 6 Deal mappings are mapped. They do not appear to be mandatory fields as some Deals that may not have a person associated have still successfully synced. The artcile linked doesn't mention whether any of the fields are mandatory for syncing.

1. Do yo have access to Sync Health? This should give you additional information regarding sync errors.

2. Thanks for your valuable feedback, I have shared it with the Team internally.
You can also open a ticket with our Technical Team so that they can check in details what's happening for you. Here is how to contact HubSpot Support.

3. I checked for you and I can see on the "Pipedrive" documentation, that there are 6 default fields for deals. Could you please check all of these and see if they are all mapped correctly?
