Thank you for the response. I've opened a ticket with support as well.
1. I do have access to what appears to be a "Sync Health" screen within the Pipedrive Integration settings. The article you linked says, "The reason why the sync failed will be displayed in the tooltip." As you can see below, the tooltip in these instances does not explain the reason.
2. I can confirm that all 6 Deal mappings are mapped. They do not appear to be mandatory fields as some Deals that may not have a person associated have still successfully synced. The artcile linked doesn't mention whether any of the fields are mandatory for syncing.

1. Do yo have access to Sync Health? This should give you additional information regarding sync errors.

3. I checked for you and I can see on the "Pipedrive" documentation, that there are 6 default fields for deals. Could you please check all of these and see if they are all mapped correctly?
