Had an integration with Nimble working for the past year, then all of a sudden it stopped. It's asking me to reset the connection, but after entering valid admin credentials for our Nimble account, it keeps erroring out with the following:
Couldn't connect to Nimble
Make sure you've entered the correct account information and try again.
User error on remote account for appId="236652" reason="AUTH_FAILED" message=""
Verified same credentials work for admin account on Nimble. Tried removing the integration and re-creating. Nothing seems to work.
Hi @tstructure, I would suggest in this context, First, you should try resetting the connection between Nimble and HubSpot. This can be done by going to the HubSpot Integrations page, clicking on the Nimble integration, and then selecting the 'Disconnect' option at the bottom of the page.
Once you disconnect the integration, you can then reconnect the integration by entering your Nimble admin credentials. Make sure to double check that you've entered the credentials correctly, as this is a common cause of errors.
If the issue persists, then you can do one more possibility. There might that your Nimble account has been disabled or that the credentials you are using are no longer valid. You may want to reach out to Nimble's support team to see if they can help you resolve the issue.
It's also possible that the integration between Nimble and HubSpot has been deprecated, so you may want to explore alternative integration options.
Thanks and yes, already deleted and tried to recreate the connection. We also know the credentials are valid since we're still able to use those exact same credentials to log into the admin Nimble account. I'm checking with Nimble support to see if they have any suggestions. Nimble still appears to be listed as a valid connection option in HubSpot... how can I tell if it has been deprecated? Who would deprecate - HubSpot or Nimble?
@tstructure, If Nimble has been deprecated, the best way to determine this is to contact the respective customer service teams of both HubSpot and Nimble.
HubSpot may have decided to deprecate the integration with Nimble, or Nimble may have chosen to no longer support the integration.
Either way, the customer service teams of both HubSpot and Nimble should be able to provide confirmation.
