Need to change Hubspot Task Priority value to High

SOLVE

I need to change Hubspot Task Priority Value to 'High.' Currently, when it comes in SFDC after the sync it comes as 'Normal.' How can we change this?

I could not find option to edit the values.

Need to change Hubspot Task Priority value to High

SOLVE

Hi Rahul,

Task properties in HubSpot are not currently editable.

To correct this, you'll need to make the Salesforce properties match HubSpot. You can do this by creating a SF flow that maps SFDC's priority property to the hs_task_priority property. You'll also need to repeat this for status and type as well.

Need to change Hubspot Task Priority value to High

SOLVE

Hey @rulpats, thank you for posting in our Community!

To change the HubSpot Task Priority value to 'High' after it syncs from Salesforce (SFDC), you'll need to ensure that the field mapping between the two systems is set correctly. In HubSpot, navigate to your settings and check the field mapping under "Objects" and then "Activities." Ensure that the Task Priority field is mapped appropriately.

To our top experts, @Bortami and @trevordjones any recommendations for @rulpats matter?

Thank you,

Pam
