Multiple contact Deals

SOLVE

Hello HS Community,

 

I've created workflows to automate the conversion process from contact to deal, where the lead status changes automatically and the deal is created automatically.

 

However, we sometimes need to convert more than one contact to a deal.

 

We won't consider the second, third, etc., contact for commission purposes, but we still need to add them to the deal.

 

What's the best practice for adding multiple converted qualified contacts to the same deal?

If you identify these contacts manually, you can establish the association (adding contacts to deals) by following these steps here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/associate-records
