Looking for space/venue rental solutions

Hello! I work for a small nonprofit and we are hoping to generate some auxiliary revenue through space rentals. 

In an ideal world, I would be able to create conditional HubSpot forms that are tied to some sort of calendar-based product library which then triggers an invoice... but until then, can anyone recommend an affordable tool that supports space rentals with tiered package options? We're a small team, so trying to toe the line between affordability and automation+integration with HubSpot. I'm open to hack-y workarounds! 

On the HubSpot side, we have Marketing Pro, Sales Starter, and CMS Enterprise if you think there's a way I can create something custom in HubSpot! However, while I'm pretty handy, I'm not a developer nor do we have budget to pay a developer. We do have Zapier. 

Venue rentals are a new area for me, so thanks in advance for any suggestions you can offer! Let me know if you have any other qs about our business case/needs.

Could you use the sales meetings tool and instead of it being tied to a person, it is tied to the calendar for the meeting space. You can set the times so it will only show when it is open and then tie pricing to that?

Great idea @kristinhaynes, this would require an additional paid seat to configure the space as a user and the added benefit would be incorporating the HubSpot payment links directly when booking the meeting (AKA making a reservation).

You'd also need a workflow to automate email communications for the meeting notifications, I'm not sure the default notifications would be ideal in this case.

@amsteiner I'm not sure what kind of venue space you have, but I've used Skedda in the past for co-working space scheduling - it's not free, but the Starter plan supports up to 25 spaces and you can connect it to HubSpot with Zapier.

GetApp also lets you search for solutions that integrate with HubSpot - this is a search for event bookings that would integrate (not all are venue management, but a quick scan and there are a few in there).

Haha of course you were the first one to reply, @Jnix284! Thanks for the suggestion. I don't know if Skedda exactly is a fit but that does point me in the right direction, solution-wise. I'll explore! 

Our venue spaces are still in flux, but they're teeny — think kids' birthday parties. Backyard, classroom, multipurpose gym. Plus add-ons for food, staff, activities, etc.

It sounds like the calendar option might be a good way to go - happy to brainstorm other ideas after the holidays when you're back 🙂
