Launching Landing page & unable due to "malicious host" after getting hold of google ad"s support

SOLVE

Hi i really want to get my website live for google ads service based buisness, below i copy and pasted last intereaction ive recieved from google ads support for reason for "mirepresentation" based on this:

Investigation:

We've received an update from our team regarding your requested site, 'hubspotpagebuilder[.]com'. Our latest scan indicates an issue due to one of its hosts: 3popularnewspolland-45475073[.]hubspotpagebuilder[.]com/.

This specific host has been detected as a malicious entity by our system, which is preventing us from re-enabling your site at this time.

 

j would really appreciate any help, thanks.

Hi @Anderson0001 ,

This issue is happening because your landing page is hosted on HubSpot’s shared domain (hubspotpagebuilder.com), and another subdomain on that domain was flagged as malicious by Google. Even though your page is clean, Google blocks ads for the entire domain.

What to do:

  1. Use a Custom Domain (Highly Recommended) - Move your landing page to your business domain (like mybusiness.com/page) to avoid shared domain issues.
    https://knowledge.hubspot.com/domains-and-urls/connect-a-domain-to-hubspot

  2. Scan your page - Use SiteLock or Quttera  ("Note - not affiliated") to check that your page is malware-free.

  3. Resubmit to Google Ads - Once you're on a custom domain and confirmed clean, appeal the block via Google Ads or Search Console.
  4. Contact HubSpot Support - Share the full Google Ads error and your landing page URL, and ask them to investigate the flagged subdomain and escalate to Google if needed.
