Is there really no way to dedupe import lists by more than just email/domain?
SOLVE
After a lot of research, I've concluded that there are no tools that offer advanced deduping of list imports into HubSpot. Is this true, or am I missing something?
The blanket assumption seems to be that every company will have a single domain that will always be correct, and every contact will have a single email that will always be correct. However, this is not a reliable way to import data. Emails/domains/websites change, and it's not fair to expect every single company/contact be populated with an email or website in the first place. Not being able to dedupe off of first name/last name/company, company name/street, phone number, and a dozen other scenarios is making database hygiene almost impossible for my company.

Appreciate the reply, Karsten. Unique properties could be a potential work-around for some lucky enterprises with very simple market data, but it doesn't solve many of the main use-cases for the rest of us (fuzzy and exact matching Contacts/Companies by street/city, first name/last name, etc). As far as I can tell, there is no reliable way to cleanly import lists into Hubspot CRM at this point. It seems Insycle is the only third-party tool that can help, but their product seems to still be in a growth phase and is missing some key features.
