We're doing cleanup of our unused properties; some have been archived, but some have been permanently deleted. Is there any way to get a list of all the deleted properties? The word "permanent" implies not, but I'd love to be able to track our progress and see everything we've removed if anyone knows a way.
Via the user interface, as far as I know, no. HubSpot support might be able to generate a list for you.
Going forward, I'd recommend exporting properties before the cleanup for a full snapshot, then exporting again (for comparison) when you want to check your progress.
Best regards!

After 90 days of being archived, those properties are not accessible in any way, from my understanding. I'd imagine that they are completely expunged from the Database on the HubSpot side as well. Keeping every property that every customer has created permanently would be a big use of unneeded resources (just my assumption--I've never been told this).
