Has anyone made the switch from Intercom to HubSpot Chat? We're currently using Intercom, and looking into moving over to HubSpot Chat. Just looking to learn from anyones experience of this process - if there were any pros and cons faced, any regrets, etc.

Do you know how we would route messages to the right team? For example, we have billing, sales, and support. How would a customer know which team to reach out?

Maybe I wasn't very clear with my question. We have 3 main teams - billing, support, and sales. Currently with Intercom, the chat is setup to ask the chatter who they want to talk to and then we route them to the right team. I am not sure if within HubSpot chat it's similar.
I did some research and found this article: Intercom vs HubSpot that explains the differences really well. Also, this question will remain live in the community in case anyone else wants to jump in and share their thoughts on it. 🙂
