I have a problem with connect my inbox to HubSpot CRM

 I have a problem with connect my inbox to HubSpot CRM. The button "Connect inbox" is not active all the time. Please help me?

Is your email address based on Gmail or Office 365? If not, then you need to specify the IMAP settings under "Advanced options": https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email-tracking/connect-your-inbox-to-hubspot#connect-your-inbox-via-im...

Yes, I specifyied the IMAP settings under "Advanced options" and filled all gaps. But it doesn't help. Still the button "connect inbox" is not active as on the screen.
